It’s no surprise that we get a sense of satisfaction deep into our core when we wrap a busy day serving our customers. Just as satisfying? Getting props for our cuisine!
We’re grateful to have been included in the following. Take a peek, then make a plan to visit us at Fidler & Co. Craft Kitchen & Grocery.
The good folks at PennLive enjoyed our “unpretentious, multi-nuanced and tasty dishes”—and we enjoyed their visit.
Our friends at Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN) stopped by and remarked on our creative dishes made with local ingredients.
We’re always tickled to get a nod from Cider Culture, especially for our sponsorship of the first PA Cider Fest.
Cheers to Susquehanna Style magazine for including us—again—as a Silver Spoon award winner. This year, they deemed our craft kitchen “an inventive culinary experience.”
Thanks to Interesting Pennsylvania and Beyond for tagging us as a great post-sightseeing brunch spot.
It was all delicious business when Pennsylvania Meeting + Events chose us as a Where to Eat and honored us by saying, “if you close your eyes and taste the food, you might as well be in a top city restaurant.”
We dug Celebrate Gettysburg’s in-depth coverage of our participation in Beech Springs Farm’s Farm-to-Table Dinner Series and chef-owner Josh Fidler’s outside-the-box courses like Pork & Kimchi Brats on potato rolls and chamber vacuum-sealed Compressed Watermelon.
Chef Josh also busted out his mouthwatering Mexican Grilled Corn during PA Produce Month and shared his farm-to-table veggie-centric goodness with the Pennsylvania Vegetable Marketing & Research Program.
Fidler & Co. Craft Kitchen & Grocery, located just outside of historic Gettysburg in the heart of Adams County, in Biglerville, Pennsylvania, was founded as a labor of love by chef and owner Josh Fidler. We are dedicated to providing the best in upscale rustic cuisine, drawing influence from the vast local farmland that surrounds us. We love to cook and cook the things we love. Come experience our farm-sourced fare in a BYOB setting—available for lunch, supper and weekend brunch—and delight your senses in our imaginative chef’s tasting.
